    A small tool that turns an applicant package into a scored response keyed to the active QAP, with cited references back to the source language. Used internally for self-scoring before submission.

    Site evaluation agent for a regional developer

    Pulls parcel, zoning, and program-eligibility signals against a developer's investment criteria, ranks candidates, and produces a one-page memo per site. Replaces an ad-hoc spreadsheet workflow.
